No. We can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs. We can come during regular business hours, after hours, or even late at night (3rd shift).

Q: Can you give me a cleaning estimate over the phone?

We can give you a general idea of the cost based on your needs and the square footage of your space, and what services you require. But an in-person appointment is the best way for us to provide an accurate pricing structure.

Q: Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. We offer flexible one-time services, periodic cleanings and/or regular, ongoing maintenance services.

Q: Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. American Cleaning Service is IICRC certified and licensed to perform water damage restoration and other types of damage and disaster recovery services. We have decades of experience working directly with insurance adjusters to create a cleaning blueprint that is covered by your insurance plan. We even file the paperwork directly with your provider to minimize the headaches and red tape.

Q: Are American Cleaning technicians insured and bonded? 

American Cleaning employees are fully bonded and insured for your protection, and theirs. Our insurance fully protects and compensates you if one of our staff members damages or in rare cases, is guilty of theft. Our insurance also covers accidental injury so that there's no question of coverage in the case of an injury that occurs during our services on your property.

Your budget isn't the only factor that determines pricing though. We also take into account the type of business you have, the square footage of the space, the time of day you'd like us to arrive (3rd shift cleanings may have additional fees), and the amount of cleaning supplies, solutions, chemicals and equipment we'll need.
